Operation
This sealing machine is a manual sealing machine, the material of the sealing film, the preheating time,
and the set temperature greatly affects the sealing effect.
If the sealing film you use is made of PP material:
1 When can you seal: When the indicator light changes from green to yellow. A suitable warm-up time is 2 minutes.
This requires special attention. If the warm-up time is too short or the indicator light is still green, it will begin to seal,
which will result in poor sealing.
2 The appropriate temperature is 160 degrees. In addition, it should be noted that after sealing,
do not press for too long, otherwise the sealing film will have a burning smell.
If you set the temperature below 160 degrees, the seal will not be tight and the liquid in the cup may leak.
If you set a temperature higher than 160 degrees, the sealing film will have a burning smell.
